Our parent portal is where you can see your class schedule, access the online shop, mark absences, and view messages & emails we have sent to you. We emailed you a portal link with a password when you registered for classes. Reach out to us if you can’t access your portal.

We have uniform requirements for all of our classes and academies at TDC. Click the link below to view the one that applies to your dancer. TDC supplies all of our own uniform items, including hair supplies, shoes, bags, and TDC merchandise.

Preschool Academy - Boys & Girls (Ages 2-5 years)

Junior Academy - Girls (Kindy - Year 2)

Elementary Academy - Girls (School Years 3 & 4)

Intermediate Academy - Girls (School Years 5 & 6)

Senior Academy - Girls (School Years 7-9)

If you ordered a uniform bundle on your registration form. Please come to the office so we can fit your child for their items.

If you need to purchase any uniform items, you can do so via the shop/store in your parent portal or parent portal app at any time. You can also come and visit us in the office.

We are keen on communicating with you to ensure you have all the information you need in a timely manner. In an effort to be more efficient with our admin and to help keep your inbox clean, we do NOT encourage using email to communicate with us. We will only send emails if they relate to your account's finances or contain extremely important information for you. If you have a personal matter you need to relay to us, you can email us for confidentiality.

Our main form of communication will be through the studio chat in the parent portal app. (Please note that the system will automatically send you a reminder email if you have not opened or viewed your studio chat messages.)

Each of our classes from Kindy and up has its own Google Classroom. This is where the teachers communicate with their students, post class photos and videos, set homework, and conduct other activities. We encourage every dancer to have access to their classroom to help with practicing outside of class each week. This is important for information retention and helps them make progress and build confidence in their skills and knowledge.

For our preschool academy, we do not use Google Classroom. For our preschool academy parents/guardians, we have a BAND group for you to join. This is where we will post class photos and videos for you to view, as well as where our theme week calendar lives. You can comment and chat with us in this BAND group as well.
